Update on neglected horses

Just thought you would like to know, further to my posts on Saturday about the neglected horses- the ILPH promised to come out this week (same man as last time) after I emailed the photo’s and....

This morning I drove past and saw the big bay has a new rug on and the little skinny Welsh A has a brand new rug on, I have never seen him in a rug! Fresh haynets hanging up etc etc.

So I feel much better now, lets hope they see a farrier soon and this continues!

Its a shame how many warnings and visits these people have to have before the horses are taken into proper care though.

Hopefully the owner will learn from it this time round.
