a kind of magic

Ok...little update. Veterinary physiotherapist came today (at vet's recommendation). We are generally still none the wiser til she discusses her findings with my vet and then we will go from there and find out when my vet can come and do the x-rays. She is very unstable in a trailer or lorry so it's not really an option to travel her to he surgery at the moment, luckily the vets have a portable digital x-ray.
I am still concerned as my mare couldn't back up uphill, nor turn in a tight circle without starting to lose her balance. Physio said it could be stemming from her pelvis, or could potentially be neurological. The physio also said that most horses if x-rayed would show some degree of KS, obviously I have no idea how true that is! Other comments made were how muscular she is for a horse NOT in work and her muscles were in spasm, and a real lack of balance.
She IS Impressive bred but as far as I can see the lineage was N/N for HYPP. However, because of these symptoms she seems to be having, is there the possibility she could actually be HYPP N/H herself? I will post her pedigree if anyone would like a look? I have got a form filled in ready to send off (just need some tail hair off her tomorrow) for testing. We are trying to get to the bottom of this for my special girl.
