Just to let you all know that the seperating is going well, I am now able to lead one in without the other and I'm alternating which one comes is first etc without any jumping out or bashing the stable down and I'm now able to take them out for a ride seperately, wow, thanks for all your suggestions I'm gradually increasing the time they are apart and I've found dropping some treats on the floor for the one left in the field helps. And I've put the fat pony in a section in the corner and the one that is in the rest of the field wanders off quite hapily and the pony doesnt make too much fuss! Wow
