He had his xrays done today and there is no rotation as yet but really early xrays for him.

He is just waiting for his shoes tomorrow so fingers crossed.

Sorry I missed your post yesterday but have read it now.
Wishing you and your horse all the best for a good outcome. At least you've caught this early. I had a 17hh Shire mare who went lame and was found to have abscesses. Eventually (2 months & many visits later), after pedal bone rotation, which was found by farrier, the vet finally diagnosed laminitis. By that stage the only option was pts.

Good news hope it all carries on that way for you. On the plus side these big hunters are made of tough stuff and can take on anything he wont let a sore foot stop him.
 
Sorry missed your post yesterday have just read and he is a mahoosive but gorgeous boy you look so small against him.
