So the horse was no good this morning, thin, odd back (he said roach..I say deformed!), huge old scar on back leg, sarcoid, obvious sound in the wind. Sister rode and thought it was ok, although it wanted to canter everywhere. I rode and jumped and it stuck it's head down every time after and nearly pulled me over it! So no go. Probably why it was cheap!
Physio came, sisters mare is much better and can start riding again and bac to normal soon so that's good. Had a look at BL who declined to have anything done that involved his neck so had to give up. Typically he's also sore on a circle (sure she though i'm an awful owner!) so have to hope that he's just feeling the ground a bit. So she got his back done, but his neck and poll, which are tight were impossible so just got stretching to work on.
Off to see an irish draught type this evening!
