OK, so I'm still there(but keeping my options open!) BUT have taken pro active steps
Cruiser in particular got me thinking and so I've completely stopped helping the YM , full stop
I do my fair share ONLY , if she asks/tells me to do anything else I'm remaining cool and suggesting she works out a fair rota and THEN I'll be happy to join in
Next week she is on holiday for over a month and then again in February AND she still hasn't arranged anyone to take responsibility for her horse, I know because she asked me and I politely declined
I've learnt to say NO HeHe and OMG she is showing her true colours, stressy,stressy,stressy
AND the new girl and I have got chatting, it transpires the YM has been telling porkie pies
The BEST NEWS is my mare is settling into her new routine , my choice rather than the YM for a change
