Well after a few weeks of waiting i was pretty sure i would find out if my girl was in foal this week. It is my birthday on Monday so i was hoping it would be the best birthday present ever!
Anyway sitting at my desk this morning and my mobile started ringing, i got so excited when i saw who it was. Had to ring back once i was off the work phone but sadly it was bad news. My girl had been scanned in foal but with twins. The vet had tried to abort one but unfortunately both of them were lost. Im really sad but we will try again as soon as she comes back into season.

I'm really sorry to hear things didn't go as planned. There is some consolation though, at least you know she can conceive.
