Upset Tummy??

My dog's stomach has been making very loud gurgling noises all morning, and she was crying earlier when she first woke up.
She settles if you rub her belly, and has done a couple of *ahem* farts aswell

I dont know if it is related but the past couple of days she has been digging quite alot, frantically on the duvet or on her bed

I dont know if that would have anything to do with having an upset tummy??
She ate her food fine yesterday, but hasnt been to the toilet today yet...
Any suggestions??

try giving her really bland food for a day or two. Chicken and rice are good.

Shes only a pup and hasnt been near enough to a male dog thank god

I think this must be it, she hasnt been to the toilet all day. I took her for a good run down the yard this afternoon to see if that would make her go...she gets so excited down there she ALWAYS goes to the toilet...but nothing

try giving her some bran in her feed to loosen her stools, what do you feed her

She has pedigree puppy food, sachets and a bit of complete dry food too.
Her stomach isnt making noises anymore, but it just worries me that she hasnt been to the toilet all day...Il be watching her like a hawk every time she goes into the garden
