urgent advice needed

Poor people and poor pony. I hate to hear stories like this.
 
I agree with your comments in a few years time or even months he could have age related problems.She has just shown me the letter she is sending by Registered post.Ill try and let you all know the outcome Trading standards are looking into it and will be assisting her .Lets hope this works out ok we are all worried about the horse as well hes the other innocent party in all of this .If they give them alot of the money back I think they will be happy to keep him as they are already attached and worried about his future.
