urgent advise needed

I had something VERY similar happen...

LWVTB, and yet every month something came up meaning a payment couldn't be made... Then I find out through a friend that loaner is already talking about selling MY horse without paying a penny!
Got an email to say Loaner couldn't cope with my horse and wanted to send her back. Due to finding out about sale we organised an emergency rescue mission... was then told they needed to keep her whilst they were on holiday (wah?) and when I reaffirmed the date of the rescue, I was then told we couldn't go get her because she'd lost a shoe??????

Needless to say, despite our calls being unanswered, we turned up with YO, YO's husband and a lorry and rescued Dorey... and drove her all the way home despite her now only having 2 shoes on! PMSL!

I can assure you I had very good legal advice and a second opinion too. My situation was a bit different to the ops. I let my first horse go out on loan and loanee then wanted to buy her. She didn't have the money so I agreed to let her pay in installments. Six months down the line I keep getting phonecalls from people saying my horse was getting very thin and she always had her rug haging off. To cut a long story short I went to see her and she was underweight with rug sores all over her. I wanted to get her back but buyer would not agree to this so went to solicitor. RSPCA could not do anything as she was not on deaths door. Solicitors both said the same, I could not take her back as I had accepted money for her. I had to walk away desperately sorry for my horse. The ILPH were involved to keep an eye on her then she dissapeared. She put her into the horse sales. I was gutted to say the least.
 
Under 16's can't be held accountable for any contracts they enter into, unless its classed as a necessary. Which a horse isn't. She can take the horse back, & I am almost certain keep the installments as well, without being accountable in any way. Especially considering that she's unlikely to be the legal owner of the pony in the first place, therefore she can't legally sell it in the first place.
