Urgent - BERKSHIRE people

I know this should be regional, but I kinda need it to be where the most people are likely to see it quickly.

Bit of a long shot here - but is there anyone in the SL6 area (I am near Holyport, Berkshire) who has a horse/pony that would like 24h grazing. I have a rather huge problem, in that I have moved Alf to my new yard, only to find out that his new companion, who was supposed to be en route, for circumstances beyond the control of his current owner, cannot get here until late tonight. Alf is not happy AT ALL - to the point I've had to sedate him, and ideally, I'd like to find something to pop over and keep him company. Happy to keep overnight/for a few days/whatever suits - if someone can help me out of this hole!

Yep -I know I should have had photographic evidence and a legal document to prove that the new boy had left his current home - but I didn't!

I can't lend you either of mine, but if really stuck you are welcome to bring yours over to me (about 30 mins max drive) to stay till everything is sorted? Plenty of grass, own paddock with friends in next one (and diet patch too) and 2 spare stables

Thats a really lovely offer - thank you! I'm sorted - have managed to borrow a pony from the yard next door, so Alf has company til my new boy arrives. Both out in the field stuffing their faces with super-long grass!
