Urgent advice please.
Without too much detail, 40 + pony is found rolling/ looking at belly/ getting up/down etc.
Becomes exhausted and lies down.
Gets a full whack of painkillers etc.
Calms down and becomes dopey and atleast relaxed and notin any obvious pain.
Vet says that he will give painkillers, but when they wear off believe she should be PTS.
This is in a few hours.
I personally agree with him and see no light at the end of this very long tunnel, my mother is clinging on to the hope of fighting for her.
We have another hour or two to decide before painkillers wear off.
Vet believes her body is shutting down.
Please advise.
