urgent - delivery of frozen meat, WWYD ?

so i ordered meat from a new supplier (usually use NI) and it was meant to be out for delivery by DPD yesterday No sign of it though and now when I track it, it appears the parcel has been split into 2 consignments and may not be delivered until tomorrow! I spoke to the company who said if it arrives defrosted then it will only be the outer bits and just to re-freeze it Im reaaaallly not sure about this and wondering if I should just reject the delivery? Unless it appears fine of course. Any thoughts?

I would refreeze it................... dogs do not suffer the same ill effects as humans with bacteria/ defrosting stuff/ refreezing.

Refreeze it, I thaw and refreeze all the time, they're made of much sterner stuff than we are.
