Urgent diy/grazing livery needed!!!

I have had a text from my fried saying the owner of the (7.5 acre!) field that we share only wants 2 ponies out on it over the winter. As they originally rented the field it means I have to leave by mid September.
Requirements:
* within 10 miles of Lingfield, Surrey
* if DIY must have all year turnout as mare has COPD
* sandschool and/or good hacking
* will consider slightly further from Lingfield if assisted DIY can be provided - ie feed and turnout in the mornings
* able to park trailer

Havent lived down there for 8 years now but a few good places I remember Follydown down Black something Lane in Lingfield, I now the old YM has gone but maybe they do DIY still. Robert at Brills Farm at Oxted, fantastic grazing and great hacking with School (PM for directions), have you popped to see Dudley at Easy Byshe he used to know of fields available to rent, Churchill Stud, Littlebrook (although they never used to do DIY or AYTO), also there used to be a yard where the Dormansland Show was held.

If I can think of anymore I will add them.
