Urgent-emergency livery needed near Le Havre

Can anyone help with this? Have a horse being delivered from UK to France. HGV's are being pulled in by police and not allowed to drive because of road conditions. Transport driver is now saying he will be on next ferry back to UK, don't know why, I'm furious but desperate to sort an alternative if possible.
Can anyone help? Long shot I know

If they are turning everyone back then you will just have to wait until weather conditions improve. Probably better they are turning them back than to have accidents.

forgot to say snow forecast in france tomorrow and monday after that getting a lot warmer and should improve rapidly

Thanks so much for your replies. Couldn't get hold of him after 4pm yesterday so couldn't sort any alternative livery.
He went back to the uk with 4 horses on board and dropped them off at a polo yard on his way home. Just flabbergasted really, I have no idea where my mare is but apparently she will be collected by the company that I originally had the arrangement with (that's another story) on thursday. Not impressed with the situation and very unhappy.
Just hope I can get some sleep tonight.
