URGENT HELP! (MANITOBA)

I am sorry this is not horse related but I have posted this in Soapbox too but thought more people might see it here.

I don't know if anyone can help me but a while ago we had a post from someone from Manitoba in Canada. I know it is a very long shot but does anyone remember the users name or how I can find out a users location?

Do you think Admin would be able to help?

I didn't take a lot of notice at the time but I am doing my family history and we are a big family in Manitoba apparently.
