I'm not going to go into massive detail but we have decided the time has probably come to move on with the boys.
The bullying we have encountered at the yard is getting to the point I'm spending most of the time in tears and its destroying any enjoyment we have.
So does anyone know of any livery yards in the lincolnshire area? We're south lincoln (newark end of the world) but are prepared to travel to not have this every day.
Can anyone help?

Can't help. But chin up. It's an awful situation to be in. And the relief you'll feel on moving will be imeasurable. (((((( ))))))

Yes please - could you send me the details?
Its that bad I'd take renting a place on our own to get away from this.
So I'll add does anyone know of any land / stables / yards for rent in the area.
I can't cope with it anymore and so whilst won't put the boys anyweher unsafe we have to get out for my anity.

So very sorry to read that you are having such a rotton time. Horses should be fun you should not have to put up with the spoiling of your enjoyment. ((((()))) to you.

Both of the ones I can think of are a little further a field but worth a look. Very nice one at Stainfield Spa Farm Stables very nice great facilities indoor school, 3 outdoor, year round turn out, brick built boxes of a good size. Can have full, part or DIY. You would need to speak to Sally Lister not sure if there are any spaces but worth a call. There is Laughton Manor as well just off the A15 near to Folkingham. BHS web site might be worth a look. Good Luck

Sorry to hear you are having a bad time, can't help I am afraid, but can totally sympathise, having been bullied by a yard owner years ago. Its horrible when something that is surposed o be your hobby and a pleasure turns into a nightmare.
Hope you can find somewhere soon x

Sorry To hear that guys,

Been busy makin new shoes for the little fella lol ...
The yard at Caunton is a good one. We actually rent some land off the people. It also backs on to our place so Hovis will have 24hr Farrier cover lol

Sorry to hear this.I found my current (and best one) from the local tack shop!We also have a cheshire horse forum and they advertize a large number of yards as well so perhaps you have a Lincolnshire equivalent?

Try local tack shops and feed merchants. Ask the people as they may know of places that aren't being advertised.

Also try the local council they sometimes rent out land

finally do you have a local horse forum, we have one called northwales horse and people are always advertising and well worth posting on what you are looking for. That's how we found the place for our latest addition
