urgent pineapple problem

OK, I stupidly went for the BOGOF and now have two pineapples sitting in the fridge. What can I make with pineapple for pud tonite? I usually make pineapple upside down cake and custard or pineapple in ginger syrup - so not those.

pineapple tarte tatin is quite good and add some cinnemon or nutmeg to it so you get a nice syrup.
Also pineapple fritters, again add some cinnemon etc to batter mixture and have with ice cream.
Or you can have it as a fondu cut some chunks and dip in to your fave melted choc.
Mmm i'm getting hungry now. x

Slice, pour over some rum and brown sugar, and put under the grill till it caramelises. Serve with cream or creme fraiche.
