Hey guys, i was wondering if anyone from the north nottingham area could help me out ?

I'm moving with my new job to an area called barnstone, and i am panicking like a trooper as i cant find many stables or grazing in my budget on the internet and i dont know any 1 from the area to ask,

I'm trying to find either a Very small yard, or just a farmer who can rent me some grazing for my 17.2 by december ( its the worst time i know which is why im struggling)

my fella is a big man, but hes unshod, and i can afford upto £70 a month, and i really dont mind what we get beggers cant be choosers -

do you think any of you guys could help me out?

*fingers crossed a Very Nervous Courage_uk xxxx

I used to live in Bottesford, which is also in the Vale, like Barnstone. Only things I can suggest are to ring places like Belvoir Estates and see if they have any grazing. Shoulers and Bentons are the local agents for grazing in that sort of area (both in Melton Mowbray). There are loads of farmers in the area so just get on yell.com and ring round some. Most are horse friendly - but can't promise all. To be honest £70 a month would not get you on most livery yards around there - most are a minimum £100 a month.

Good luck xx

I used to live near there to. There will be no one advertising on the internet at that price. You could pop into Shelton House Saddlery and see if they no some where.

off topic
i tried to find sheldon house saddlery but couldnt, would you be able to give a numpty directs or even better a map....................hopefully :)

Shelton house saddlery no longer exists, its online only. To OP, I know a couple of places in cotgrave/cropwell area, but most are over budget for you...
