Thanks, iv already had a look at a few different websites. It sounds good but have never heard of it before. Would be nice to hear other people's experiences with it before I start looking into it for my boy.

It's not just used in urology, it's used in a variety of medical and non medical settings. It's just a stable synthetic polymer often used as a filler.
I wouldn't get massively excited just yet about its use in arthritic equine joints.
