Used fairfax saddle prices

Hi all I am thinking of selling my fairfax stella monoflap performance dressage saddle. I bought it 2 years ago brand new but has literally been sat in 3 times. It is still brand new. I cant remeber what I bought it for but am thinking around 3000. What price would you be asking for this saddle?
