Used Horse Rugs - which Charity?

I must have 20 plus 6'9" horse rugs - that all have been used at some point- some are in mint conditon, others have a few wire marks around the front - any suggestions on any charity that would welcome them?

I don't want to fork out a load of money getting them cleaned - would this seam rude ?

Oh and the closer to the Midlands/Staffordshire area the better as It will cost a fortune to post them !

I gave a couple of old rugs to a local horse charity- there was a tiny one just 10mins away. They were a bit muddy and musty from being in the bottom of a box for years, but they were really appreciative of them, made me feel great to be helping. Sorry, no idea of charities near you as I don't live near there, but I think the smaller ones are generally more thankful as they don't tend to get as many donations.
