Hi
I've a slight problem as I used to go horse riding on a very regular basis (weekly and have ridden since I was 8) and only had to give it up recently (I last went horse riding in September last year). This is because I was at University and I had to concentrate on my work and only had to give it up due to the high marks (80% which counted in my last year and this is coupled as I have dyspraxia so need double concentration to get the grades).
Before that I last went before the easter holidays as I went on a field trip abroad with uni and ended up getting ill afterwards, as a result the last time I went riding I was very unfit and all I was able to do was just hack out.
Fast forward to today and I have now finished University, and recently I got better as I have been too ill to do anything. In the new year I would love to start horse riding again, as I have missed it an awful lot. I also watched the olympics over the summer and enjoyed and felt really bad about not been able to ride for such a long time.
I am really unfit and was wondering if there was anyone who could help me and give me advice in helping get my fitness levels back up so and with advice in getting back in the saddle as I am a little nervous about it with it been so long.
