I am thinking of selling my WOW dressage but don't really know where to start!!

Firstly, how can I tell what width, panel type etc it is?! I know what size the seat is and can obviously work out which flaps it has but other than that I am a bit stuck

Also, do they have much value second hand? What sort of prices do they fetch? Not sure if I am best to just sell it back to the saddler or if I should put it on ebay and see what happens?! What sort of price would you start it at on ebay?

Any help much appreciated

From what I have seen on ebay they go from £900 - £1200 second hand.

Try going to the WOW website and they compare the pics to see what panels you have.

For the width you need to look at your headplate. Turn your saddle upside down and you need to unscrew it to see what the headplate is.

Have you bought another saddle? why not trade it in for a new one?

The saddler who you bought it from should have a record of the spec of the saddle. If not you can contact First Thought Equine and they may have a record but not sure!

It is really good to have the whole spec on ebay if you can.

I bought one from ebay for £650 BIN but had the panels and headplte changed. But the seat is badly faded. It didnt bother me. Total cost was £850. So depending on the model and it's age and condition you could get between £800 and £1200. Make sure you put lots of photos including underneath to show the panels.

You could start it at about £500 with no reserve or lower but with a reserve.
BTW I'm looking for some shorter black stirrup leathers as find my dressage ones are too long for jumping!

At Badminton today the WOW Store owner offered me a Demo model for £900, it was one that had been put together, used on the stand but never on a horse.
