Using a comfort double bridle as a snaffle bridle?

I really like the Rhinegold comfort bridles, but I want one without a flash,or the little bit sticking down if i just take the strap off, so im wondering if I bought a comfort double bridle could I just remove the 2nd slip head and use it as a normal snaffle bridle?

I wasjust worried that being a comfort bridle it may affect the fit of the comfort headpiece if I remove it?

shouldn't be any problems at all! i bought a double for showing and as it's my only smart bridle i just remove the sliphead and use it as a single bridle for dressage, you could always winch the bit up a little if you need to.

You could do that or have you looked at the Albion KB comfort bridle - GORGEOUS!

Yeah but Im not spending that much on a bridle!

I missed out on one on ebay actually, only went for £81 and was as new! Nevermind!
