Using panacur equine guard, when can i ride?

I'm going to be using panacur equine 5 day guard on my pony from tuesday-saturday, im going to ride before just doing light work then after an hour feed with the wormer in it, so that it is left nearly 24 hours before i ride again then repeat the process.
There is a cross country event at my stables on the sunday if the treatment finishes on the saturday will i be okay to do the cross country or not?

I usually give them a feed with it in after I have ridden in the evening each day.

I don't think you need to restrict or stop exercise when using it.

Okay thankyou, the lady in the shop said to make sure she doesnt sweat if i feed first but it will have been at least 24 hours before this cross coutry event and ill feed her before that as normal with no wormer in

If you are worried because of quite a strenuous event coming up I'd call either the manufacturers of the wormer and ask them, or your vet. Normal exercise shouldn't be a problem.

wouldn't worry - you might as well feed her a digestive biscuit the amount of good it'll do anyway. there is no problem with working them as normal and feeding them the wormer in their feed after work as normal. but really, it is rubbish!
