Starting to research the best sort of utilty vechile to help manage around 8 to 10 acres, would like to be able to use it for to maintain an arena and field maintainance, chain harrowing, rolling and maybe a muck vacum.
Any advice or guidance about what to look out for would be greatly appreciated, thank you

Would go for a gator every time, you can carry, tow etc and you don't have to keep climbing over the saddle, you can also have a cab on the gator.

Used to work somewhere using a Kubota, defiantly the best for yard work, great for poo picking as it also had a tip up back so it could slide straight off onto the muck heap, also has a roof so not wet bum when it rains. Currently use a quad at my new place, the Kubota was more practical but quad is more fun ha ha

Quads are popular but dangerous if not used correctly. There have been too many accidents. Gaters are taking over from Quads.
