The Exxential 2 is VG1 01.040 2014-12 . Not sure about the earlier model.

I bought one yesterday but I think it's slightly damaged.
Does anyone else's look like this? One vent seems to have lifted one side.

Did you buy it online or in a shop? If the latter why not take it in and get them to check it for you

I did take it back and it was faulty
