Nope no Facebook page, and they never joined BETA it seems

I think they are a fairly small company. I exchanged an item with them a few weeks ago and after no news via email I just gave them a quick call, I think they've been quite busy but were very apologetic and got my exchange out to me quickly. I'd keep trying to call :)

Oh, I'm glad it's not just me! I've been trying all week too. Phone just goes to answer phone, doesn't even ring. I'm awaiting an order from Your Horse Live.

I'm getting annoyed now - phone now rings but then goes to answer phone.
I wish I could get my money back and take my business elsewhere!

I'm having the same problem 2 emails and 5 phone calls and no response.. we wanted the items for xmas presents but they have to be shipped to spain so need to cancel the order, not only that they took the money from my account twice !!! and for 2 different amounts so right now am not happy with them at all !

Aggh, it's so frustrating. I've noticed they are on the list to attend Olympia, to which I will be going, so if I've not received it by then I will certainly be making a scene!
I'm half tempted to turn up at their address as they are not too far from me.
Have you contacted your bank regarding the payment, not sure if they can do anything but I would've thought so.

I've had exactly same problem (see my other thread) Seriously unimpressed. The lady is very local to me and I am thinking of paying a visit to the address mentioned on their website at the weekend!

Oh will if you do, you should print off both the threads and show her what she's doing to her business. It's really not on!

I've just got home to a parcel from vbandz and a note apologising for the delay, apparently their stock was late coming in. Shame they didn't read my email or listen to my message requesting a change but then at least I've got something now! Too scared to send it back as a return!
Hope yours all arrive soon!

Mine too! I wonder if the forum posts had anything to do with it... Glad it's arrived. Just wish they'd replied to calls or emails. Would have kept me happy to get an acknowledgement.

I tried contacting them a while ago to see if they would be interested promoting in a hi viz safety product I make in return that I do the same for them, no reply what so ever, even an "NO, up yours or whatever" would have kept me happy :)
It seems the norm to ignore emails, I've sent out over 1500 emails to everyone about my product ranging from air ambulance, retailers, wholesalers, st john ambulance, vets, charities, riding clubs, celebs, BHS local groups, BHS, Police horse watch groups and so on, out of that lot I 12 replies!
Won't give up though.
So, you are not alone, I'm a very small business, on my own with no staff, if I have an enquiry I always respond to it, even if I can't help them or am not interested, it's only manners!
Good luck you lot in getting your goods,
Oz

Edited to say reply with quote didn't work, the following was a response to the person who sent out 1500 emails an only got a few replies:

On the other hand we are a small business and if I replied to all the unsolicited emails I get then I wouldn't get any work done. In addition a lot of emails end up in our spam folders. I do however open all the post and look at it, so even if it ends up in the bin at least it is read.

I understand that pebble 101 and I'm the same with emails I get however my emails were short, to the point and polite, a simple yes or no from the people I have sent them to, would have sufficed.
Some of the one's that did reply were even smaller businesses than myself.
