V-Bandz - issues with delivery/communication?

Anyone else had a problem with this company recently?

I've used them in the past with no issue but ordered some new items 2 weeks ago which haven't arrived.

I know that's not a ridiculous timescale but they are UK based and I have emailed and left voicemail but have heard nothing - I'm beginning to wonder if they have disappeared and wonder if I should just raise a dispute with Paypal.

What's more annoying is that I'd ordered a hi vis fly veil as the flies here are terrible and its is limiting riding :(
 
I've had delayed delivery with them before but they have always answered the phone /emails and kept me updated. I think they are quite a small set up. Maybe they are away on holiday, have you checked website/Facebook for any updates from them ?
Although their delivery is slow I love their products so just buy allowing for that. I would try continue to try and make contact
 
If you do a "search" on here you'll probably find other similar threads bewailing the slowness of delivery of this firm.

Trick is if you want a fly veil, is to order stuff from them in the depths of winter: that way, you might just get the actual gear in time for the flys coming out in the summer!

I have bought their stuff in the past, like OP had all but given up and then it arrived.

Not a good way to do business.
 
I ordered from them a few years ago. Items didn't arrive after a few weeks so I spoke to them and they sent out new ones, which arrived quite quickly.
 
I've not had a problem with them and they are usually good at getting in touch if there is an issue with an order in my experience. Perhaps, email again or do a FB message?
 
When I've used them before, I remembve them being slow but don't recall them being difficult to contact. Hope you manage to get your order soon!
 
I've bought from them in the past and love their products. I remember reading before purchasing from them that they were quite slow in delivery due to being overwhelmed by orders so expected it to be a while. It wasn't too long though and they did include some free stirrup bands in the order! Didn't try and contact them so can't comment there.
