Does anyone one know if they are having problems?

I've been emailing for the past month with no reply and called a couple of times and just get their voicemail. A friend is also trying to get hold of them and has left messages on their voicemail but with no joy.

I'd really like to place an order (regardless of my query) through their website but I'm worried that I'll order and pay but won't receive my goods?!

Anyone with the same experience?
 
There is a HUGE back log at the moment due to large order, along with some personal family problems im sure the owner would prefer not to be on a forum. I have customers waiting too, and not a lot i can do about it :( the owner is truely lovely lady and tries her very best and the items are quality so i think its worth the wait.
 
I had a bit of a wait. But after emailing they did get back to me and kept to the delivery time promised. I was very pleased with the quarter sheet i received and they thanked me for my patience. I believe we can all have problems at times, Its how they are dealt with that counts. I would happily use again.

I've bought their goods before and they are the best! I'd hate to hear they'd gone out of business.

I placed an order a month or two ago. Mentioned on here that it was slow delivery, then the next day received an email from them apologising for the delay, that they'd recently placed an advert in a horse magazine and had unprecedented demand following that. They were hastily trying to fulfil orders as soon as they could. I received my order a week later, with a free gift by way of apology. Lovely customer service, and lovely products.

This was my experience too, don't worry op they are just busy. Not good if you want things quickly though
 
I ordered from them and it took about 3 weeks for the item to be delivered- I did email them in that time about a different issue which wasn't responded to but luckily wasn't a problem. Legit company with quality items having a backlog I think!
