V-Bandz

I've recently placed an order with V-bandz on the 20th August but despite a confirmation order note I have heard nothing since. Have dropped them an email and gave them a call but cannot actually get a response or to talk to someone. Should I be concerned?

I recently ordered from them with no problems, they even phoned me to make sure I ordered the right size. although I am still waiting for one item which was out of stock.

They are usually very good, it's not like them not to respond.

No they are normally really helpful, I have had a few things from them. OH ordered a tabard for me in child med by mistake and i didn't have the receipt, order number or anything they sorted it for me

I agree with others, they are usually really good. They even rang me once while they were at HOYS to sort out an order I had placed. I would drop them another email on Monday.

I got a confirmation email and it was about 10 days later I got an email to say order was completed.

Wasn't with a neighbour, as above it took 15 days from order confirmation

Has anyone ordered from them more recently? I placed an order on 12th March but no sign of it yet.. Did not get an email order confirmation from them, but can see it on their website when I am logged in, it shows as pending still. I emailed 2 days ago and no response. Am going away Easter Monday so would like to find out what is going on before then, fortunately paid with PayPal so can ask them for help if needed I guess.

I think it's just one woman doing all the making and selling, so allow a bit of time for a response. She's probably quite busy at the moment.
