V browband. Where can I get one?

Hi all. I want a V browband for Adina.

I don't want to spend a lot of money and I don't really want lots of sparkle.

I cannot seem to find any cheap plain ones anywhere...anyone seen some?

Is there such a thing as too much sparkle in dressage. Where is it illegal to have it? I have amusing images of just how much you are wearing before you're pulled up on it!
