Am considering going to do some jumping there on Sunday. I've never been there before, it looks nice on website, has anyone been?....does it get busy, generally how many in a class etc....any info would be greatly received, thanks.

Its mega!!!! Doesnt get exceptionally busy, but is still busy, usually 15-20ish to a class whenever Ive been; doesnt get chaoctic though warm-up arenas are quite good to accomadate a nervous horse....

Its our local show centre and I know the people that run it! It is a good facility, the surface is good, and the warm up area is large enough not to cause pile ups. If the weather is good, you warm up in the smaller menage and jump on the large outdoor arenas, if the weather isnt so good, you warm up on the large outdoor and go and jump indoors. The courses are normally well built by Caroline Moore, and are normally upto height but with some good realted distances/jumps on corners to keep people thinking! Good cafe and parking too.

It's my local too..... they have spent a lot of money on the facilities and it really is a good centre - it is also good for spectators.
Size of classes depends on what ones you are doing. The Trailblazers classes can be busy at 75/85 but the bigger classes a lot quieter. I have never found it over the top though and there is always room in the warm up.

Thanks for all the posts, seems like a nice place....we'll be going there this Sunday....it's about a 50 mile drive so I hope I guage the time about right & get there in plenty of time, but not too early.

We're starting to get fed up of all the hanging about at Weston Lawns.....it's about time they limited the classes there, you can literally wait for hours for your class.
