Has anyone used 'Equine Professional' successfully? I ordered something from their website on 12th December, received an order confirmation and had the money removed from my Paypal Account, but have heard nothing since despite 2 emails asking when I will receive my item. Its the first time I've used them, but you hear bad stories about some website, so I just thought I'd ask. Thanks.
 
Thanks Luckyoldme and alliersv1, it was just something I said to my new neighbour so she could recognise me on my horse as I do own and ride the 'only grey in the village' and it made me smile when i said it!! I've only joined the forum today so it seemed an apt username.
 
Thanks for the welcome etc. Still learning how to use the forum but have had some interesting reading so far. Hope you're right about the backlog, I'll give them a little while, but hopefully Paypal will be helpful if they are not legit.
 
don't leave it too long to raise the issue with paypal, i think there is a 30 day cut off, it may be longer but you would be wise to check so that you don't go over time and then find paypal can't help.
