Hi there, has anyone had any recent dealings with this lot? I ordered a joint supplement from them weeks ago, its not arrived and they are not responding to my emails, their phone is on answer phone and they haven't responded to my calls! I haven't used them for a couple of months, but I always found them to be very helpful. The product I needed was proving very difficult to source & the supplier was unhelpful (heard this from several other sources when I was trying to get hold of it) but VAS kept me up to date with everything that was happening & got it to me as quickly as possible.

I bought something from themin late September and it came through within 2 - 3 days. No problem.
