Valley animal supply

Have anyone of you used valley animal supplies?I put a 100 pound order in two weeks ago, still no products and I have called them several times With no luck. Should I contact My bank and report?

Ditto, have just used them for the first time, money was taken straight away but then I realised they have a disclaimer that says goods can take up to 10 days to arrive (must be buying to order not selling from stock). So requested to cancel the order and have a refund, no response, received email today to say one of the items is out of stock and the other on its way.. I'm sure you will receive your items or a refund but the communication seems poor..
