Value - For insurance

My insurance is being renewed next month and i wondered what Value Goli should be up at.
Stats:
Rising 4 (4 in May) 17.2 gelding. 3/4 TB, 1/4 CB by Hollins Zues out of Miss Nightingale vii
Backed a ridden away, happily walks/trots/canters and over poles on the floor in all paces but still green (not jumped). Hacks alone or in company happily. Very laid back and easy to handle and be around. Barefoot with very good feet. Not strong and very sane and sensiable for age. No scars/blemishes
Been to one show and behaved well, will load and good with farrier etc

When we wanted to increase the value of our horse, from what we paid for him, the insurance company asked for a valuation and justification as to why his value had increased. My daughters trainer provided this and they accepted it although he his still insured for a lot less than his true value.
