Value of second hand saddles!!!?

Just wondering if I could pick some brains!!

I have had a competition horse on loan for the last two years, and I purchased a brand new Albion K2 GP saddle whe I got her, I am now giving up the loan and have a few people coming to view her this weekend, the owner has asked how much I want for the saddle as it fits her like a glove!! and I have no idea!! it is 2 years old, any thoughts/advice would be much appriciated!!

If I were you I would contact your saddler (who fitted it?) and seek their advice. Alternatively you could look at what's being sold on say Ebay and BD classifieds. Suspect the value will depend in part on whether it is quite a standard size or not. Hope this helps a little!

I have just sold my 5 year old Ideal GP 17.5" Medium Wide havanna saddle for £400. It was in very good condition as horse was lame for two of the five years I owned it and it was well looked after. Saddler offered me £300 for it. I think it cost approx £700 new.
