Any recommendations? It needs to be black with flesh coloured harness. To be used for showing / WHP / dressage. I prefer as low profile as possible. I have a lovely low profile Charles Owen one now but it just doesnt fit my head shape very well, whereas my J3 skull fits well

I used to have a Gatehouse which fitted well and my GPA fits perfectly. Ideas?

I have a very arkward shaped head and the poor shop assistants when i have been to try on hats must get really annoyed with me!!- I am similar in that the GPA fits me perfectly and needed a velvet hat with flesh harness earlier in the year- I ended up getting the Charles Owen Wellington Classic hat , which is black with flesh harness- the other Charles Owen ones with flesh harnesses didn't fit or in fact neither did any other makes!!

I show and navy blue is the more popular/preferred colour. I use a Charles Owen SJ but I have seen the John Whitakers creeping in and they look ok - especially if you are a smaller person.

Navy blue is correct for women for showing. I have a Gatehouse Airflow 'Hickstead' in navy with a flesh coloured harness. As soon as I put it on I knew it was the one. I chose it over the Charles Owen Showjumper or 2000 as I have a rather large head and the Gatehouse was the only on that didn't give me a mushroom effect. I love my hat and it looks more like a beagler with a harness than most I've seen.
