Ventipulmin scoop-Numpty Question!

My mare has COPD..tried/trying everything but the cough still remains-at its worse in the morning.

I have some Ventipulmin-but no scoop! and reading the tub, its looks like she will need 10g as her bodyweight is roughly 200kgs.

Any ideas what 10g of Ventipulmin would equate to in teaspoons or anything similar to measure it out correctly! Thanks in advance.

If I remember correctly, about a flat teaspoonful. But give me til later and I can be more certain because I'm picking a tub up from my vets in about 3 hrs.

Thankyou for that, the scoop I have has Danilon written on it and no writing, so being a paranoid person I havent used it. Will await your reply later LOL

providing your scoops are the same the Danilon scoop is probably twice the size of the ventapulmin scoop. So would probably be about 1/4 of the Danilon scoop! however obviously not an ideal measurement!

I'd return the tub to the vets and ask them to swap for a new one with a scoop!

Are you sure the scoop isn't in there ? have a good dig around in the tub, I find this with some supplements.

How big is your mare to be 200kg ? doesn't sound much
