Has anyone used them? I have a mare that pulls shoes off left right and centre in the ring and I am at my wits end. Farrier, vet and fellow jumpers have all made suggestions we have tried but I just cannot keep her shoes on. Would these help?

If not, any other ideas??

ETA; doesnt matter if jumping on grass with studs or on a surface, the front ones come off, cleanly, never twisted and she never hurts herself, either by bruising or over reaching.

Yes I have - very good for serial shoe pullers but tended to use them in the field and when losing in the school as that's when the shoes tended to fly! They did break where the carbon bit fixes to the bit that goes just below the fetlock - were sent back to France (have to be super clean or they refuse to deal with them) and came back mended. Bizarrely mines stopped doing it now! PM me if you want further info

Does she need shoes?! My boy pulled his shoes off every 3 or 4 days and we have taken them off and he competes up to PN without them :) Obviously dont know anything about your mare but it could be worth considering :)

arent these the ones unsuitable to jump in because they spin if they are struck...

the sizings are iffy aswell, because they are based on continentally shod horses

Revolutionary overreach boot designed for a whole and safe protection of the heel area. Useful for every discipline, and can be used on all surfaces (grass, sand, mud) The particular anatomic shape and protective material, guarantees a perfect fit on the horse?s heel to give total protection.
