Ordered a jacket late Monday afternoon - low an behold it arrived at 8.30 this morning - am very very impressed :D
 
They are fantastic! I made two orders and asked if they could be sent together they said this was fine and refunded one lot of Postage and them they didn't come together (a mistake somewhere in the warehouse) so they refunded me the order that didn't arrive and the next day it turned up! Plus a 10% discount for my next order! Plus their secret sales are amazing! I managed to buy over £200 worth of kit for £60!! :D
 
They're ace.

I ordered a new turnout rug (heavy weight 1/2 neck for £40 inc P&P is awesome in itself) on mon eve and it got here by yesterday lunch time :D.

My first order with them i got a bit bummed because while i'd heard really great stuff about them it was a week before my order got dispatched.....then was delivered the same night.
 
Love them! Had plenty of kit off them in the last couple of years and feeling quite smug at one particular bargain recently. Only thing lately is it's taken them a week to get one order to me due to a warehouse hitch, but frankly they've been so patient with me previously umming and aahing over a change of mind that I owe them the same - plus technically, they're still within their stated time frame AND use a next day courier when stuff gets dispatched.
 
Another very satisfied customer here. Have used them many times: all goods arrive very quickly and the customer service is fantastic - many other companies could learn a lot from them!!
 
Normally been v good but this time sent mismatching and faulty goods. Give them their due they sent a courier to collect today and either issue refund or send another pair. Just a bit gutted as lovely boots but were liquidation so unlikely to have any more in.
