I'm sure there are a few people on here who've bought from them before, but I recently ended up on Kramer Equestrian's website - and felt like I'd discovered horsey heaven! They had so many beautiful products at very reasonable prices, so I did wonder if they were too good to be true, but I ended up ordering a head collar and two lead ropes to see what they were like.

I couldn't have been more impressed. Not only are their products just as nice in the flesh as they are in the pictures, but they arrived really quickly, despite coming from Germany and all of the chaos surrounding Covid-19. My parcel was easy to track every step of the way, and the items I ordered look simply gorgeous on.

I finally got a pink head collar and matching lead rope for Flower, which I've wanted in grown-up horse size ever since she had this foal head collar.

It's a great fit and lovely quality, with the prettiest rose-gold hardware.

I also got a lovely lead rope in purple, and am now having to resist the urge to get a matching head collar and lead rope set for Mary, as well as the prettiest pink saddle pad.

Anyway, the gist of this thread was simply that I was really impressed with my shopping experience, so if anyone is looking for somewhere new to pick up a few bits and pieces at a reasonable price, Kramer gets a thumbs up from me :)

Lovely :) golly I don't know where the time has gone .Flower so grown up now and so pretty
I like Kramer too. It was the very first place I ordered from over here when I got the horses 7 years ago. I'm sure I had a catalogue with the order and ended up buying even more!

I have shopped with them from the very first day I got DP because it was the local tack shop in Düsseldorf near to where he came from and I needed travel boots and a headcollar for his trip home. If you think the catalogues are good you would think you were in heaven if you visited one of the stores. They are massive and each octagonal pod has a theme, so Western in one, dressage in another, field and stable in another etc. I wish they would build some stores over here.

I've liked the quality of stuff I've had from them... but the exercise sheets I bought didn't really cover The Beast's, admittedly ample, arse! ? So I've not dared buy anything else for her. But could get stuff for my more normal sized horse now I have one!

The stuff they sell is so pretty, but I had an incident where I was putting my horse in the arena and the clip snapped in half whilst she was turning to face me! So although pretty is quite flimsy hence the great price

I've only bought a mounting block/pole support and a hoof stand from them.

The service was second to none and they always have offers running with money off and/or free postage.

I like the look of some of their rugs but I'm never sure about the sizing because they don't do 6ft3 for some reason

i bought a jacket some years ago and it was about £70 and has lasted really well. it has been completely waterproof and has been washed countless times. i wouldnt hesitate to get clothing from them,,

I’ve received a letter saying I will get 10% discount on all items for horses on 26 & 27 April. I assume it will be for everyone.

I’m a big fan of Kramer stuff. Human clothing is usually nice quality, sometimes generous sizing (esp in their outerwear; coats etc), conversely horse rugs run a little small in my experience so I get next size up.

I find their clothing excellent value (sale shopper!) hard wearing and long lasting. Leather work is top class too.

Flower looks lovely in her headcollar.

I really like them too. I've had various riding wear and horse gear from them and it's all been good value & quality :)

I like them but having bought from them once have been bombarded with advertising ever since by post, which is really fiddly to opt out of.

Do the rugs go down in neck size the smaller they go I cannot buy 5ft rugs with necks that fit 5ft ponies they are all massive and slip back

I find them really good but both the leadropes I have had from them have broken whilst being used :( thankfully I didn't lose the yearling I was leading in 50 acres ?

I use them quite a lot, but it's always a good idea to go on their German site and read the reviews, which there are sometimes more than in the UK site. The quality and sizing sometimes really vary and I've got both great deals and flimsy disappointments. A winter riding coat I bought from them 8 (!!) years ago is still holding up beautifully, though! They also stick some good supplements, although nothing you couldn't get in the UK, I guess.

I agree! My leadrope broke first time of use, which was annoying as I'd bought a few of them. However, really like their leather anatomical girths, which are a great price.

I bought lace up riding boots, which are fab, but I’m not a fan of receiving catalogues in the post when there’s a website to look at.

I'm the opposite, I love a catalogue ? I miss the days of thick Robinsons and Ride-Away catalogues too.

I'd much rather go old school and flick through a catalogue then deal with a website ??
