with much trepidation i ordered a tonne of economy grade wood pellets , they arrived in 3 days , and driver helped me stack them into my garden shed , (good looking blokie too!!)
we used 10 bags per stable wetting them with half a bucket per bag , next morning we mucked out and filled only a quater of a barrel with mostly poos , the bed hadnt moved around at all and only took me 10 mins per horse , i cant see me using more than two bags per horse per week so it works out cheaper than straw and is so much better!!
