Anyone used Etsey? Bought a lovely sweatshirt. .through them end of October. Arrived after time and massive sizing. Sent it back after speaking to Etsey. They said to return to address from sender as they are only agents. Sent back 12th November by recorded delivery and I insured the goods too. Nothing had come back at all. No sweater, no acknowledgement at all.
Horsey connection! Has Dressage printed across the front!!
Any thoughts on this please

Esty is a selling platform, in many ways like ebay - you need to speak to the seller themselves initially to resolve issues. Have you contacted the seller/shop (within the Etsy site)? If you look back at the item/order you'll see the seller name near the top right of the item, next to the 'follow' option. As you scroll down the page, you'll find (on the right) a section called 'get to know you seller' which has more details.
Good luck getting this sorted out. Fingers crossed that the seller just isn't yet aware there's an issue. Also, many etsy sellers are talented hobbyists/doing this in spare time so might not be always online, unlike pro-shops

I paid by debit card.

Spoke to Etsy who told me they don't have a warehouse and seemed unable to help… all I had in the parcel was a small paper with the address for returns and I don't have anything else.. I have post office slip to say parcel to be signed for and it is insured. I did enclose letter with my address etc and what size I need. The sizing resulted in a sweat which would have fitted a very large man although I ordered what I thought would be ladies size 16.

Didn't get far with Etsy but thank you Teapot. The link you gave me enabled me to speak to the owner of the site I ordered by shirt from, she had messaged me earlier in Nov, I didn't dee it but she is going to send it to me now she knows what I am looking for. Sizing is very complicated and if it is American site that probably why. Sweatshirt I received, although wrong size was beautiful and it made it harder not getting the correct size. Will be getting more from there if I can sort the size. Thasnk you everyone
