I will preface this by saying poor Molly is now back at the vets and on a drip.
Molly is my sisters 4 year old Stafford bitch, was being sick on Monday but drinking. Sister called vets, told to keep Molly quiet, hydrated and plain food.
Tuesday, still being sick, I took her to the vets, dog slightly dehydrated, was given sickness injection (and howled the surgery down) temp ok
Weds, little to drink, refused scrambled egg, boiled chicken or sensitive dog food
Thursday, back at vet, has lost 1/2 kg, dehydrated . Stomach x rayed, showing empty. Dog in tonight on a drip, and having bloods taken
Sister is beside herself and worried sick. Any ideas? I felt a proper cow leaving poor Molly behind but know it is the best place for her.
