Very proud mummy alert!!!!!

Went to our 3rd in hand show today, and Donovan was a little star!!
First class he was a bit full of himself, cantering when meant to be trotting etc, but the judge liked him and he won!!!
2nd class he was the only one in it, so cant really say he won, but he came first out of 1!! Judge was lovely, and because she had time, she gave OH a bit of a lesson! Given him some schooling excercises, and also some tips on the turnout, bridle a bit too big, need to clip under his chin (Donovan, not OH!!) flat noseband, etc etc.
Then they went into the championships, with a shetland and a sec D, and Donovan was soooooooo good. The five mins with the judge working on his trot to walk transition obviously done him the world of good, cos he done it perfectly! And he won that class too!!!
I love my pony!

Absolutely as proud as punch! Donovan does seem to think he suits the red rosettes! The yellow one we had he buried in his bed and it got thrown on the muck heap!!!
