Very sad day today....

A very good friend of mine had to have her horse put to sleep whilst out hunting today. He got kicked on his hock that fractured, the frature went straight through an artery, they couldn't stop the bleed. He had been photographed this morning to be sent to Horse and hound he was 26 and had been a regular at the hunt with her father who is 72 for many years. So sad and so ironic as he really did look his best today and loved to be out with the hunt wether it be jumping, shutting the gates or trotting at the back. RIP
