I read this, this morning. Poor, poor horse (and cat) and also to the owners.

A terrible incident and a tragic outcome. Perhaps they can go for a civil prosecution if the authorities don't take it further? Appalling bit further down about the cat being held down whilst it was mauled - words fail me.

Poor thing! Hate to sound nasty but if that happened to my 27yo in his field i would shoot the dog! Can't believe it hasn't been destroyed.

Reading this article i glanced at the first line - horse put down after attack by bull. I thought this was terrible, but understood how it could have happened, knowing how strong bulls are. Then I looked down in disbelief to see bull terrier, its awful that a dog would do such a thing and someone would want to own one that is capable of this. All I can say is poor, poor horse, my sympathy is with its owners xx

So sad for an old friend to suffer like that, so unnecessary, and as for the cat incident, words fail me....
